Please utilize the wardrobe guide as wardrobe colors/patterns can dramatically effect the way your session will turn out. The wording is geared mostly towards family sessions, however, the same would go for engagement and maternity sessions.
Filling out the client questionnaire helps us better prepare for your session. We have multiple photographers, and whoever is assigned to your session will be able to use this, and prepare different poses for your session based on amount of people, and ages.
FAQ
How/when do I make our final payment? Final payments will be sent around the date of your session. We normally don’t send them out until the day of the session due to unpredictable Florida weather. They will be sent the same way you paid the retainer fee using Squareup, and it will be sent via email.
I read the wardrobe guide but I still need help. What do I do? Send us an email, facebook message or text. We would love to give you our honest opinions.
How soon will we see sneak peeks from the session? Sneak peeks vary from session to session, and depend on how busy we are.
When will we receive our entire gallery? Galleries will be delivered within 6 weeks of your session via online gallery sent to the email address used to communicate/payments.
What if we want more photos? Average galleries have around 3x the images promised. You will be able to purchase more and instructions to doing so will be included in the gallery email.
Do we need to bring anything? Our session will consist of mostly candid, authentic moments so just bring yourselves. Depending on location/ages of children (if any) we will bring a small blanket. If we are doing a milestone photoshoot such as cake smash you can bring balloons, cake, cake stand, and other props for the theme. If we are doing water shots at the end bring towels and comfortable easy to throw on clothing for your drive home.
What if I want to borrow an outfit or prop? Let us know 1 week in advance for clothing. We want to make sure it’s washed, and steamed for you. The only prop we use is our 1970’s antique peacock chair. It’s frequently requested. It can be rented for a $50.00 fee.
